What I am grateful for is that LPDP provides strong support, and its values align with the values I uphold, such as integrity and professionalism. That's what has driven me to choose LPDP over other scholarships.

Thank you to the country through the Education Fund Management Agency (LPDP) for entrusting me to continue higher education in the United States. For me, LPDP is an opportunity to produce competent young generations in all fields of knowledge so that the country can have high competitiveness. Let's be a solution for the nation by contributing brilliant ideas and working honestly and fairly for the future of Indonesia.

For Ph.D. programs, the LPDP scholarship is very good because of the complete scholarship funding component. I joined the clinical trial team (Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine) while studying at Oxford University. We should not only focus on ourselves but also be aware of our surroundings. That way, we can get opportunities that we might not be able to get if we only focus on ourselves. If we are still capable, say yes to any opportunity.

I appreciate the RISPRO funding. RISPRO funding is a high achievement that is very difficult, the standard level is high. I found it very difficult to keep up with the demands of RISPRO. But I know that it is a mentoring process, a coaching process that is deliberately provided by RISPRO so that I and our team can develop the machine in a focused manner. So we really appreciate the RISPRO funding that has been given, including support from the non-material side, for example advice, counsel, admonition, input. That is very valuable.

Our research topics funded by LPDP are the GESITS electric motorcycle and the FIN KOMODO Electric Car.  Thanks to this funding, we managed to create the right industrial foundation, both from research and development activities.

The LPDP RISPRO funding pattern with a very flexible scheme (can be across years) is very helpful for us in conducting our research and development. In terms of the output-based system, we really feel helped because we can focus more on achieving outputs rather than on administrative issues of reporting research activities. Thank you LPDP and Rispro LPDP for the support so far.

As the head of the PATRIOT-Net Telkom University research team, I am delighted and proud of the LPDP Rispro program. This program has realized three dreams: (i) the dream that in Indonesia, there is substantial and professional research funding (for example, a full 12 months), akin to the research funding from Japan's JSPS that I received in Japan, and (ii) it requires the creation of tangible products that can be used. (iii) This program has helped us overcome the 'death-of-valley,' a fear many researchers and academics have, thus boosting our confidence.

We hope that this program continues to thrive and provide many benefits, maintaining a level of professionalism akin to funding bodies abroad, and fostering new hope for quality research in Indonesia.
