Concerning the use of the LPDP logo, we'd like to highlight a few points:
- The logo and name of the Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) have obtained a trademark certificate issued by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights with registration number IDM000526319 dated December 28, 2015. Based on this trademark certificate, the LPDP logo and name are protected under trademark regulations.
- The usage of the LPDP logo and name is strictly limited to LPDP's interests. Any individual, group, or legal entity intending to use the LPDP logo and name must obtain permission from LPDP's leadership in accordance with their authority.
- Given the aforementioned regulations, it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for any individual, group, or legal entity to use the LPDP logo and/or name unlawfully in activities, statements, or publications. Unauthorized and illegal usage of the LPDP logo and/or name, without rights or an agreement for trademark usage, will be subject to legal actions based on applicable laws and regulations.
