Jakarta, December 4, 2023 - Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education Agency (LPDP) has secured two awards at the Top Digital Awards 2023: TOP DIGITAL Implementation 2023 #Star 4 (EXCELLENT) - 4 Stars and TOP Leader on Digital Implementation 2023 for LPDP's CEO, Andin Hadiyanto.

The presentation of the Top Digital Awards 2023 was directly received by the Head of the Human Resources and Information Technology Division of LPDP, Kingkin Rahayu Ningsih, representing LPDP's CEO.

This recognition, considered the most prestigious in the field of information technology in Indonesia, serves as evidence of the modern, professional, and trustworthy information technology governance and management at LPDP.

"LPDP continues to optimize the integrated and innovative use of Information Technology to address evolving needs. LPDP has developed various applications to ensure the convenience of LPDP service users," said Kingkin shortly after receiving the award at Raffles Hotel, South Jakarta, on Monday (4/12) evening.

During the presentation session of the Top Digital Awards 2023 judging process last month, LPDP's Director of Finance and General Affairs, Emmanuel Agust Hartono, introduced digital applications that facilitate user services such as eRISPRO, e-Scholarship, and E-tender.

eRISPRO is designed for users of research funding services, streamlining the end-to-end process of registration, disbursement, and research monitoring. eRISPRO promises fast service due to digitization and integration with relevant ministries/agencies or other companies associated with research.

On the other hand, e-Scholarship is an innovation that merges scholarship service applications, originally consisting of SIPENDOB for handling administrative documents and SIMONEV for monitoring study progress and disbursement of financial needs. This system integration further simplifies the administrative processes required by awardees from registration to the end of their study period.

The management of deposit tenders in LPDP's investment process has become more straightforward with the presence of E-tender. This website-based application serves as a solution for the bidding process for deposit rates by partner banks. Additionally, it can mitigate fraud risks as the process does not involve direct interaction with LPDP investment officers.

This marks the second time LPDP has received two TOP Digital Awards after being listed as a finalist and participating in the judging presentation session. Previously, LPDP also won two similar awards in 2022.

The TOP Digital Awards itself is an annual award event in the Digital Technology (IT & TELCO) sector organized by IT Works magazine. This award is given to companies/institutions and management in Indonesia, evaluated based on their performance in implementing digital technology to enhance performance, services, and competitiveness.
