The Education Fund Management Agency (LPDP) continuously enhances its services and innovates. As of March 1, 2023, LPDP has launched the Online Customer Service (CSO) for all awardees, grantees, alumni, and the public interested in utilizing LPDP services. The Online Customer Service is a channel providing LPDP-related information, enabling you to interact face-to-face with LPDP's customer service agents virtually. Any inquiries, information requests, issues, or assistance can be addressed through this virtual face-to-face service.
LPDP's Online Customer Service can be accessed through the official website lpdp.kemenkeu.go.id or by directly visiting this link. There are several things to consider for a smooth use of the Online Customer Service. Here are the following guidelines:
- Please ensure timely login for consultations, #LPDPrens, with a maximum session duration of 30 minutes.
- The Online Customer Service team allows a maximum 10-minute grace period for late logins. If #LPDPpeople exceed the specified time, rescheduling is required, as the system will automatically close.
- Late logins will reduce consultation time, so please be punctual. Ensure a stable internet connection, keep electronic devices connected to power, or if using mobile devices, ensure they are fully charged.
- Avoid clearing browser cookies before logging in for consultation or using different/private/incognito browser modes.
Instructions for online consultations through LPDP's CSO will be sent via email to #LPDPpeople. It's important to use the same browser and device for booking and consultation.
