Jakarta, February 5, 2024 - As a work unit with a budget ceiling of more than IDR 1 trillion within the Ministry of Finance cluster, the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education Agency (LPDP) has successfully achieved an excellent rating with a perfect Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA) score of 100 for the 2023 fiscal year.

This accomplishment has positioned LPDP as the best financial management work unit within the Ministry of Finance cluster. There were four assessment indicators for the LPDP, a Public Service Agency (BLU), namely Page III Deviation of the Budget Implementation Document (DIPA), Budget Revision, Output Achievement, and SPM Dispensation.

Throughout 2023, LPDP undertook various strategic efforts to improve the quality of budget implementation performance, including enhancing planning quality, budget execution discipline, program and service implementation, procurement of goods and services, increasing the quality of effective and efficient spending, as well as meticulous monitoring and evaluation.

These performance improvements in 2023 eventually led to an increase in LPDP's IKPA score from the previous year's evaluation, which was 97.64.

The award charter was presented directly by Mei Ling, the Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) of the Ministry of Finance for the DKI Jakarta Province, to Oktariawan Setyabudi, the Head of the LPDP Treasury Subdivision, representing Emmanuel Agust Hartono, the Budget User Authority (KPA) and also the Director of Finance and General Affairs of LPDP.

This appreciation award is organized annually by the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) Province of DKI Jakarta. The award presentation took place during the Stakeholder Day event and the Strategic Issue Coordination Meeting for the 2024 Budget Implementation for the DKI Jakarta region on Monday morning (5/2).

This evaluation is conducted annually by the DJPb Province of DKI Jakarta for 1,660 work units from 82 Ministries/Agencies. Of these, 1,530 work units are domestic, and 130 work units are located abroad.

At least 40 agencies attended, represented by Heads of Bureaus, Budget User Authorities, or their representatives in the Hall on the 7th Floor of the Regional Office of DJPb Province of DKI Jakarta, East Jakarta.

Certainly, this achievement represents a concrete form of LPDP's positive treasury performance in serving all LPDP service users. More than just recognition for administrative excellence and transparent and accountable financial management, this appreciation also ensures LPDP's contribution to national development through funding for education and research.
