LPDP Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification, Manifesting LPDP's Commitment to Maintaining Internationally Standardized Services Quality

For a decade serving as the manager of the Endowment Fund in the field of Education, LPDP continuously improves and solidifies its commitment to providing top-notch service. This commitment and dedication to enhancement have now been acknowledged with the ISO 9001:2015 International Service Quality Management certification.

The ISO 9001:2015 assessment was attained after a series of processes to fulfill the seven main principles of quality management, encompassing customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and relationship management. The entire evaluation process was conducted through internal and external audits performed by competent entities.

In the statement by LPDP's CEO, Andin Hadiyanto, it was revealed that LPDP's commitment to enhancing services doesn't conclude with obtaining the ISO certification. "To stand even stronger, this year LPDP has made efforts to establish the Clean and Service-Oriented Bureaucracy Integrity Zone (ZI-WBBM), which will be assessed in early 2023. We must believe that continuous Integrity Development will fortify LPDP's strides toward consistently providing the nation with the best services," she stated.
