The registration for Phase 1 of the LPDP Scholarship will close tonight at 23:59 WIB (Western Indonesian Time). Come on, there's still time to submit various administrative documents requested through the registration application on the beasiswalpdp.kemenkeu.go.id website. Don't forget to read and review all the requirements and conditions in the guidebook for the scholarship program you choose.
The administrative registration process for the LPDP scholarship is very clear-cut. Lack of carefulness during the submission process can potentially derail your registration attempt. Failures in the administrative process usually occur due to two main reasons:
- Missing/not uploaded documents
- Uploaded documents do not meet the standards
Most documents that do not meet the standards and potentially disqualify the administrative selection include: ·
- Recommendation/Letter of Endorsement
- Not following the standard/format provided by LPDP
- Issued more than a year ago. For this year's registration, ensure your recommendation letter wasn't issued before January 2023
- Recommendation letters using an offline form not signed by the recommender
- Recommendation letters not addressed to the LPDP Scholarship ·
- English Language Certificate
- Score lower than required
- Certificate is a prediction test
- Not verified for authenticity on the official portal of the issuing language institution
- Expired or exceeds the validity period of two years since issuance.
- Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
- Does not specify the intake date or start date of study
- Selecting a study program or university not on the LPDP supported list without attaching supporting documentation
- LoA is still conditional with additional requirements. LPDP only accepts Unconditional LoA.
- Not attaching a deferment letter for LoA with an intake date earlier than the LPDP stipulation
- LoA attached is different from what was input in the registration application
- Other documents that do not comply with the guidebook will also disqualify the administrative selection process.
