Congratulations to the participants who have successfully passed the substance selection and have become Candidates for LPDP Scholarships. As CPBs, you need to be aware of the subsequent steps following the announcement of passing the LPDP scholarship interview, which involves starting the process of handling various documents necessary for the administrative procedures.

All administrative tasks are to be completed on the LPDP e-Scholarship portal. Therefore, ensure that you have an e-Scholarship account to log in and commence filling in the required documents.

The crucial steps that CPBs need to take after passing the LPDP selection are divided into two categories: for those who do not yet have Unconditional LoA and those who already possess it. Here's an explanation:

Belum Memiliki LoA Unconditional

Letter of Sponsorship (LoS) digunakan untuk melamar ke universitas yang telah Anda daftarkan. Berbeda dengan proses tahun lalu di mana Calon Penerima Beasiswa harus mengajukan LoS, kini LoS telah otomatis tersedia dan dapat diunduh langsung di portal e-Beasiswa.

Please note that the automatically available LoS is only for Scholarship Candidates going abroad and does not apply to the Sons and Daughters of Papua program or those who already possess Unconditional LoA.

For Those With Unconditional LoA:

Please follow these steps:

• Register yourself as a Candidate for Pre-Departure Preparation (PK) by attaching the Unconditional LoA.

• Upon confirmation that the CPB has been included in the PK Candidate, please submit the Scholarship Recipient Statement (SP).Cetak hasil SP yang sudah diisi dan diterbitkan. Lalu bubuhkan tanda tangan dan kembalikan ke LPDP

• Print the completed and issued SP, sign it, and return it to LPDP.

• Next, the LPDP will issue the Decree determining the scholarship recipient, and you can apply for the Letter of Guarantee (LoG).

LoG is a certification from LPDP stating that the scholarship recipient has been determined to receive funding assurance from LPDP, which should include full name, educational level, study program, university, and destination country for the scholarship recipient's studies.
